Refund Conditions

  • Complaint must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Proof (image/video) may be required.

Refund Process

After approval:

  • Refunds are processed via bank transfer or store credit.

  • Processing time: 5–7 working days after item verification.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • Customer changes mind after delivery

  • Size or color preference issue (unless incorrect item sent)
