Exchanges are subject to product availability, and if the requested item is of a different value, the price difference will either be charged to you or refunded accordingly. Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to exchanges unless the product is defective or there was an error in your order. We will process exchanges promptly once we receive and verify the returned item.
